Football Shorts has been created by Ross Fox, a 23 year old available-to-hire writer, broadcaster and History graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
He thinks Jeff Stelling has the best job in the World and is gutted that he is now too old to play for England U-21. Writing about sport is the next best thing to playing it however and having covered the African Cup of Nations he is looking forward to reporting on the final months of the 2009/2010 season and the subsequent World Cup in South Africa.
Football Shorts is the best personal football blog on the Net. Every week you will find:
Comment. Football Shorts is serious about comment, we take the Beautiful Game very seriously. So if you want incisive discussion on all of the latest goings-on in the football world, check out the front page.
It’s not just English football that Shorts is interested in though, check out the La Liga page for all of the latest Primera Divisione highlights and the Serie A page for all the latest highlights from Italy’s top division.
Maybe you just want great, free football betting advice. If this is case try the Betting section.
Football Shorts has a sister. She is called Golf Shorts. She is slightly younger and can be a bit irreverent but on the whole she is equally as interesting and certainly as opinionated. Check her out.
If you would like to contact me about either of the Shorts sisters please feel free to do so, email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Whether you want comment, feature pieces, interviews or just plain old great content, get in touch.
That is unless you are Luxembourg manager Guy Hellers…Guy for the fourteenth time no, I don’t want to play for you, I told you, I’m holding out holding out for a Belgium call up. I know my dog’s dad was from Luxembourg but seriously, I can do better.
Come on in, let’s talk about football.
